Pakistan's Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif says talks with the Pakistani Taliban have started.
Mr. Sharif's comments came during a meeting with British Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg in London Thursday and were released by Pakistan's High Commission there.
Mr. Sharif said the talks must take place within the constitutional framework of Pakistan but offered no details.
