Trump Announces Withdrawal from UN Arms Trade Treaty

At the annual meeting of the National Rifle Association, the nation's most powerful gun rights lobbying group Friday, President Donald Trump declared that the United States is withdrawing from the 2013 United Nations Arms Trade Treaty, which sought to prevent illicit arms transfers to overseas conflicts.
