US Faces Friday Deadline to Declare Who Directed Jamal Khashoggi's Death

Who killed Jamal Khashoggi? The U.S. Senate gave the Trump administration until Friday to answer that question. Hours before the deadline, a senior administration official said the president maintains his discretion to decline to act on congressional committee requests.
