The U.S. Postal Service is releasing the latest stamp in its Lunar New Year series today in Hawaii.

The stamp, celebrating the Year of the Dog, was designed by Asian-American artist Kam Mak. It features an arrangement of lucky bamboo and a square of red paper with the Chinese character fu, meaning good fortune, rendered in calligraphy.

This is the 11th special stamp in the 12 year series, which will continue through 2019 with a stamp for the Year of the Boar. Mak, the series' illustrator, has focused his designs on some of the common ways the Lunar New Year holiday is celebrated. Previous stamps in the series have featured dragon masks, drums, Chinese lanterns and fireworks.

The Year of the Dog begins February 16.
