Liam Scott
Liam Scott is a reporter at VOA, where he covers press freedom and disinformation. Scott has reported for outlets including Foreign Policy, Coda Story, New Lines magazine and DCist. He previously worked at the Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect and received his bachelor's degree from Georgetown University, where he studied international politics and mass atrocity studies. A former VOA Press Freedom desk intern, Scott won a 2022 Clarion Award for original student material produced during his internship.
