The Afghan government says President Ashraf Ghani and visiting U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin expressed concern over what they called the high level of violence in the country. VOA's Hikmat Sorosh reports from Kabul about the trip and the Taliban's stated plan for reducing violence.
