The guilty verdict against former police officer Derek Chauvin in the death of George Floyd marks a rare conviction against a police officer for actions while on duty.  As VOA’s Mike O'Sullivan reports, some legal experts say the case may mark a change in how courts and prosecutors deal with allegations of police misconduct.
