Humanitarian aid for refugees in Turkey is scarce during this Islamic holy month of Ramadan. Usually abundant in past years, more than a year of pandemic lockdowns in Turkey have shrunk charity giving while further impoverishing the refugees. VOA's Heather Murdock has this report from Istanbul.
