Power is being restored to Argentina and Uruguay after a massive electrical failure left more than 44 million people without electricity on Sunday. A massive blackout was caused by an unexplained failure in the countries' interconnected power grid. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports the power outage affected families and business as well as underground transportation, which depends on electric power.
