When even rich countries have a hard time containing COVID-19, what happens to developing countries where electricity is not a given and clean water is scarce? These countries need ventilators, medical oxygen, masks and other supplies to help them get through the pandemic. VOA's Carol Pearson reports on a program that is funding innovations where they are so desperately needed.
