Britain, France and Germany will attend an urgent meeting of European Union, set for September 14th, to address the flood of refugees into Europe. Labeling the situation as "exceptional," EU ministers will discuss better ways to process refugees in Italy and Greece, the main landing points for some 322,000 people who have crossed the Mediterranean this year.
