President Barrack Obama on Tuesday touted his administration's achievements in combating terrorists. In his final speech on national security delivered at Florida's MacDill Air Force Base, Obama said the United States has weakened Islamic State and reduced its image to that of barbarians and murderers, and that al-Qaida has been sidelined with the death of its leader Osama bin Laden. The president warned that Americans must uphold the country's values for continued success against terrorism.
