Fans across the globe are mourning the death of a Cameroon-born saxophonist considered one of the most influential musicians in world dance music. Manu Dibango, best known for his international 1972 hit “Soul Mokassa,” died Tuesday after contracting the coronavirus. VOA’s Mariama Diallo reports.
