At 8:46 am on September 11, 2001, motorman Joe Irizarry was driving a train into a subway stop, steps away from the World Trade Center towers. Seconds later, the first plane crashed into the first tower. Anna Nelson talked with Irizarri about that historic day, 20 years on.
