Prosecutors on Wednesday amend the charge against the police officer at the center of the George Floyd case and charged the three other officers on scene. Charges were upgraded from third degree to stronger second degree murder against the officer seen on video kneeling on the neck of Floyd until he stopped breathing. The other three were charged with aiding and abetting. The announcement delivered a victory to protesters galvanized by the video -taped death that inflamed racial tensions and unleashed coast-to-coast unrest. Minnesota Attorney General, Keith Ellison said he will also work to change the bigger issue of systemic racism and unequal justice.
