In Russia, authorities have instituted a countrywide lockdown they call "self isolation" in their homes and apartments amid the coronavirus pandemic. With Moscow the epicenter of the outbreak, restrictions are tightest in the capital. And as Charles Maynes tells us from Moscow, that's giving people plenty of time to take in the scene.
