Hagel Visits Afghanistan as Karzai Hesitates on Security Accord

U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel visited Afghanistan Saturday but said he had no immediate plan to meet with Afghan President Hamid Karzai. U.S. officials have been unable to convince the Afghan president to finalize a security agreement that would allow some U.S. troops to remain beyond their planned withdrawal next year.
