Two journalists from South Sudan’s Destiny newspaper were arrested after publishing an opinion piece about whether South Sudan's president should have allowed his daughter to marry an Ethiopian. The two are still in jail today, more than two weeks after their arrest. A south Sudanese media rights group recently met with security officials in Juba to discuss their situation and press freedom in the new nation. From Juba Mugume Davis Rwakaringi brings us more.
