ASSEMBLY PRESIDENT AMBASSADOR TIINA INTELMANN SAYS HIGH ON THE AGENDA WILL BE A DISCUSSION ON IMMUNITY FROM PROSECUTION OF SITTING HEADS OF STATE. AFRICAN COUNTRIES ASKED THE UN SECURITY COUNCIL LAST WEEK TO DEFER FOR A YEAR THE ICC TRIALS OF KENYAN PRESIDENT UHURU KENYATTA AND HIS DEPUTY WILLIAM RUTO. AMBASSADOR INTELMANN TELLS REPORTER PETER CLOTTEY THAT SHE DISAGREES WITH CLAIMS THAT THE ICC ONLY TARGETS AFRICAN COUNTRIES.
