A Chinese court has found an 18-year-old man innocent of the rape and murder of a woman in Inner Mongolia, 18 years after he was executed. Huugjilt was arrested in 1996 after he attempted to help the woman who had been attacked in a public toilet. Authorities convicted him of the crime and executed him. VOA's Sarah Williams talks with Sophie Richardson, China director at Human Rights Watch.
