A Hong Kong-based group that advocates for workers' rights in mainland China is welcoming the country's recently-approved law to regulate the activities of overseas NGOs. China Labour Bulletin is one of the overseas NGOs covered by the law, and its welcoming of that Chinese law contrasts with strong criticisms from human rights activists and even the U.S. government.
