There is growing speculation that minority ethnic Uighurs from China were responsible for an August 30th suicide car bombing at the Chinese embassy in the Kyrgyz capital, Bishkek. Five days later, there was no word from Kyrgyz or Chinese authorities about who carried out the attack.
