Outgoing US Ambassador to UN to Pursue End of Conflicts Until Last Day in Office

U.S. mbassador to the UN Samantha Power has dealt with some of the world's worst conflicts since taking her post in August 2013. Although her term comes to an end with the installation of a new U.S. administration, the writer, reporter and diplomat is as busy as ever. Power discussed some of the most pressing current global issues with VOA on Wednesday, after the U.N. Security Council approved new sanctions against North Korea for its relentless pursuit of nuclear weapons. Zlatica Hoke reports.
