Officials Warn Weakened Storm Could Become Even More Dangerous

Hurricane Florence has weakened, but continues to linger over the mid-Atlantic coast, worsening conditions in flooded areas. At least 17 people have died in the storm so far, many towns and highways are under water and more than 800,000 homes have lost power. Officials warn the worst is yet to come as rainfall continues to inundate the region. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports.
