Japan Unveils Largest Ever Defense Budget

Japan announced Wednesday that its defense budget for the coming year will rise to almost $42 billion - the largest ever allocated. Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was easily re-elected last month after calling a snap election. Abe says he will use the mandate to push ahead with controversial military changes that have already caused anger in Beijing. Henry Ridgwell reports from London.
