The Last Man Of Epecuen
Argentina's Villa Epecuen was a thriving village until it became submerged under a massive saltwater lagoon in the 1980s. While everyone else fled the area, Pablo Novak, the sole remaining inhabitant of Epecuen, chose to stay until his last days. Despite living in isolation at 93 years old, he does not feel lonely. Curious tourists and sporadic family members visit as he carries on his daily life.
