Death Toll Rises Among Syrian Refugees Trapped In Desert ‘No-Man’s Land’

Around 75,000 refugees are stranded in a desert no-man’s land on the Syrian-Jordanian border – and hundreds are dying because they are cut off from food and medical aid, according to Amnesty International, which obtained rare footage from inside the border area known as the berm.
